Our mission is to protect the inalienable rights of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for every member of society by promoting the election of qualified Republicans to local, state and federal office as a result of the efforts of a strong municipal party at the grass-roots level.

We will accomplish the above by supporting and maximizing Borough Republican voter registration, developing an active and functional Borough organization to get out the vote, and writing letters to the editor and any other appropriate activities that encourage a larger Republican vote.

REPUBLICANS HELPED FINANCE SPOTSWOOD'S MUNICIPAL BUILDING

Spotswood's old Borough hall was demolished in 1997, and the new modern structure we have now was finished and dedicated in the year 2000. Republican councilman Bruce Eckman along with Mayor Barry Zagnit were instrumental in bringing $2 million to Spotswood to offset a large part of the $6 million plus price tag for construction costs. We worked closely with Assemblymen Sam Thomson(R) , Joe Azzolino(R) and, Senator Joseph Kyrillos(R) to get these funds from the state. This was one of the largest grants spotswood has ever received, and saved our taxpayers thousands of dollars over the years!
